“My heartbeat is to bring hope to the hopeless and encourage the discouraged.”

That is the reason I got into counseling more than 25 years ago. But, today we live in a much faster-paced world amidst information overload. Difficulties in this life still present as very real. The escalation of pornography from adults to kids 10 years of age is frightening. Devastating.

Joining the PACT Board has been a very interesting experience and, in many ways, the same issues we deal with as a professional counselor. Most people want to ignore (denial) that child sex trafficking exists. It is not their problem they say They don’t want to know that the average of age of kids addicted to pornography is 10.

Everyone needs to understand that this is a community/global problem created from the darkness of man’s heart. All of us need to know that there is hop and there are real solutions to stop this epidemic. PACT gives us the knowledge that epidemic can be stopped.

Rick Naylor

Founder and Executive Director

Rick is a graduate of UC Berkeley with a BS degree in Business. His career in the technology sector spans 40 years with companies included: Xerox, IBM and Honeywell as a Senior Executive with responsibilities both nationally and internationally. He has been recognized and published for his work as “The Architect” for creating some of this nation’s largest public-private contracts that changed the landscape of government and corporate contracting through effective partnerships.

Beneath his business acumen are his personal passions and interests from building boats to his years of “hands on advocacy” in environmental policy in San Francisco, the Make A Wish Foundation and disaster relief efforts in Texas, Oklahoma and Missouri as a certified CISM for Austin Disaster Relief Network.

But his “day job and career” all changed back in 2014 when he heard about the fastest growing crime in America: child sex trafficking. His founding of Partners Against Child Trafficking (PACT) was a “calling by God” to help unite our community to fight against child sex trafficking.

Rick is married to his wonderful wife, Peggy, and their three grown children and three grandchildren. They attend Hill Country Bible Church where Rick also heads up PACT as a Community Impact ministry.

Trey Crowdus

Trey attended the University of Texas in Austin and received his MBA and subsequently completed Yale’s School of Management’s (SOM) Executive Management Program. His gift was the ability to solve complex IT issues for private and public sector companies.

Outside the IT world is where his heart really beats, as he and his wife, Trey, are deeply involved in healing ministries with Barbara Bucklin. Through a “coincidental” meeting, Trey was led to PACT to gain an understanding of the issues that generate child sex trafficking so he could help build awareness as to the solutions to help stop it. Trey was one of the first people that helped build PACT starting in 2015.
